Our in-store toilet facilities are open to customers in all stores that have customer-only facilities.

In the stores that have toilet facilities for colleague use only, for the safety of colleagues and customers, we continue to restrict customer access to children and those with a medical requirement or who are pregnant.


All car parks have designated disabled parking bays, near the main store entrance.

Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome in all of our stores. To check what services are available in specific stores (e.g. hearing induction loops) please use our store finder.

If you require a VAT invoice or receipt for your purchases at B&Q or on diy.ie, please call our general enquiries line on 1800 860 560.


If a fault develops once your appliance is fitted and it is under guarantee, you should contact the manufacturer directly. Full details can be found on our appliance aftercare page. The manufacturer will arrange for an engineer to visit your home and carry out any necessary repairs.

If your appliance has not been fitted, and you notice any damage or faults with the product, contact our Home Delivery Centre on 1800 860 560. Please do not install the appliance if you know it is damaged.
