We’re happy for someone else to collect your order. Please make sure they have a copy of your order confirmation, as well as their own photo ID (passport or driver’s licence).
Yes, currently all Click + Collect locations are open, if this situation changes the closed locations will not be available to select at checkout.
We offer a 1 hour Click + Collect service. Your order confirmation will give you a time that your order will be available from. If you place an order within an hour of the store closing, your items will be available the next day. Please check our store opening hours before visiting.
Your order will be ready to collect from our Click + Collect desk - this area will be clearly signposted in store.
Please take a copy of your order confirmation on your phone or printed out as proof of purchase, and your payment card or valid photo ID.
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must bring the order confirmation and their own photo ID.
We’ll hold your Click + Collect order in store for 7 days. If you don’t collect your order within 7 days, we’ll automatically cancel your order and issue a refund.
If the product you'd like to order is not available for Click + Collect, you may still be able to order the product for home delivery or buy in store.
You can check on the product page whether the product can be ordered for delivery to home, as well as check for stock at your local store.
Once a Click + Collect order has been placed, it's not possible to change the store it will be delivered to.
