Wood routers are a versatile tool for shaping wood whether you're building furniture or creating custom joinery and trims. Our range of fixed base routers are ideal for the accurate profiling of hard and soft woods as well as cutting mortises, slots and dovetails. For maximum versatility, choose a plunge router; the cutter can be lowered, or plunged into the top of a piece of timber allowing you to cut in multiple directions rather than just along the edge.
