What are lumens in light bulbs?

Lumens in light bulbs are a measure used to quantify the total amount of visible light from a light source. Essentially, they’re a way of knowing how bright a lamp is without having to turn it on! You’ll understand the brightness level of a light bulb by the following logic: the higher the lumen value, the brighter the light output. Opt for a high-lumen bulb for bright lighting, ideal for kitchens and bathrooms, or choose a low-lumen bulb for some mood-setting lighting, perfect for bedrooms and living spaces.
 

What is the lowest watt light bulb?

LED (light-emitting diode) bulbs are typically the lowest-watt light bulb in the market.
