Our helpful showroom advisors are on hand to help you shape your design ideas. Book a free online or in-store appointment to discuss your project with a member of our friendly team. You’ll come away with a 3D room design and a personalised quote with full price breakdown.
Your kitchen questions - answered
Arranging a kitchen planning appointment is easy. Go to our Book a planning appointment page and click on a date and time that suits you. We will send you a confirmation email with what to expect at your online appointment and if you like, you can email us with any kitchen images, measurements or ideas that you have before the meeting.
There will be a link on the email which gives you access to your online appointment which you can click directly from your browser.
At the online appointment your advisor will go through your kitchen needs and preferences and will take any measurements from you. They will then book a second appointment with you where they will share the 3D design they have created for you. During the second appointment you will be able to give feedback and make tweaks to your design and once you are happy, you will be given a personalised quote.
You will also have the opportunity to discuss finance options.
It's so easy to create the kitchen of your dreams with our online planning appointment.
When your order is confirmed we'll be able to let you know, or let you choose, a suitable week for your kitchen order to be delivered.
- You will receive a text 7 days prior to your delivery with your date of delivery.
- Your item(s) will be delivered by our B&Q delivery partners between 8am and 6pm
- On the day of delivery our delivery partners will call you half an hour before they arrive
- On arrival our delivery team will carefully unload your kitchen and bring it into your ground floor room of choice.
- If you wish to change your delivery date, please call us on 1800 860 560 at least 10 working days before your delivery.
Please be aware that if some of your kitchen items come from a different supplier (appliances, worktops etc) these may not be delivered at the same time as your kitchen units and the delivery communication process may differ from above.
We’ve partnered with humm to allow you to spread the cost of your Kitchen for up to 4 years.* Check out or Finance Page for more information.
To be eligible for humm you must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide proof of PPS number & address
- Be an Irish Citizen or permanent resident of Ireland
- Earn a minimum taxable income of €1000 per month
- Have a current credit/debit card and photo ID
- Have a good credit history

Our kitchen installation service makes it even easier to bring your dream space to life. We work with local, approved installers to coordinate your project from start to finish and at your planning appointment we can match you with a local installer who suits you and your needs.
All our installers are fully vetted to ensure your peace of mind. Your chosen installer will visit you to complete a survey of the project and will check the design work and provide a detailed installation quote.
Once you are happy with your quote you can book your installation with our showroom advisor. Once your kitchen has been delivered, our showroom advisor will keep in touch with you to ensure everything is on track for your installation.
On the day of installation, you installer will arrive to assemble and install your new kitchen.
