Pasta wands

Pasta wands have a long, straight tube with small holes and are used to serve and portion cooked pasta. You can simply put the pasta wand into the pot and twist it around to gather up a portion of pasta while the holes in the tube allow the water to drain out. Pasta wands allow for more precise portion control and are typically made of stainless steel.
