This 1000ml binding primer from Zinsser is ideal for problem painted surfaces that exhibit chalking, cracking, peeling & flaking, and forms a breathable membrane over faulty substrates around the interior & exterior of your home. It dries in 1 hour and comes in an easily storable tin can. As it's paintable, it's ideal for colour matching to your existing decor.
