• Instructions for use: Preparation: Do not apply below +5°C. or above +35°C. When applying in cold conditions allow the canister to reach room temperature. The surfaces must be clean, free of loose particles and free of dust and grease. Always wear gloves and suitable clothing as cured foam is extremely difficult to remove. Protect sensitive nearby surfaces from stray foam by covering them. Remove all sources of ignition and isolate switches that might cause sparks. In cold temperatures, leave the foam at least one hour before use in warm to room temperature. Among others, not recommended for use on silicone, PTFE, PP, PE and greasy or oily surfaces. Adhesion tests prior to application are recommended. It is the user’s responsibility to determine suitability. Application: 1. Remove protective cap and carefully screw applicator nozzle on to the valve. Avoid bending the valve or forcing it into the seal, as this causes the valve to open and release contents. 2. Shake the can at least 30 times before use. Also shake from time to time during use to mix contents. Application must be carried out whilst the can is upside down. 3. Check there are no sources of ignition present. 4. Turn the can upside down and apply pressure to applicator nozzle. Vary pressure to control flow of foam. 5. Whilst fixing boards, foam adhesive should be applied onto the board itself, ideally in vertical strips at intervals of approx. 30cm. 6. Wait 5-10 minutes after application before pushing the board firmly into place. The higher the temperature, the shorter the cure time. Boards should be supported in place until the adhesive is fully cured. 7. Remove all excess foam immediately with a clean dry cloth. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.
