Foxgloves are a classic country garden choice, fast growing and very tall, will likely need plant support once in flower as flowers are very large.

• Best for middle of borders. in Partial shade
• Moist & well drained Aerated soil
• Watering instructions - Keep compost moist during germination period and thereafter. Water well during dry spells.
• Plant in April - July, Flowering period April - May
• Sow thinly outdoors 0.5cm deep in well drained soil in a lightly shaded spot. Keep moist. Thin seedlings to 5cm apart. Seedlings will usually appear after 21-35 days. Transfer young plants to required flowering position in autumn 50cm apart.
• Remove any deadheads on the plant to encourage more flowers to bloom.
