Express Coat by Valspar® is a high opacity, low splatter emulsion that gives good coverage - it's suitable for interior wall and ceiling surfaces, particularly new plaster.

• Suitable for use on Wall & ceilings
• Surface Preparation - The surface must be clean, dry and free of dust and grease. Glossy surfaces should be deglossed before painting. Repair all damaged areas. Remove old, loose or flaky paint. New, fresh plaster must be sealed with this product or Valspar® Interior Primer & Undercoat prior to painting. Other bare, absorbent surfaces must be sealed with a primer prior to applying the finishing coat.
• Instructions for Use - For indoor use only. Stir well before use to ensure paint is thoroughly mixed. Do not apply in damp or humid conditions. Apply when temperature of the surface being painted is above 10°C. When purchasing more than 1 container of the same colour, intermix containers to ensure colour uniformity. Do not thin this product. Touch dry in 1 hour. Recoatable in 2–4 hours.
• Instructions for Storage - Don't allow to freeze
