Growing your own vegetables couldn’t be easier with these Stuttgarter Giant Onion Bulbs. This reliable variety is simple to grow for any beginner gardener, producing high yields of sweet and aromatic white onions.
- Any type of soil
- harvest period June-August
- Plant in a sunny spot. Choose a place in the garden which has not been used to grow garlic, shallots or leeks for at least two years. The soil should be open, moisture retentive and well drained. Push each bulb in to the soil with the point upwards so that the tip is just above soil level. Leave 25-30cm between rows. Water well after planting.
