A hardy annual, flowers the same year as sown.

• Suitable for planting in ground in Sunny areas
• Fertile
• Watering instructions - Keep moist
• Instructions for storage - Store in a cool, dry and dark place
• Plant in February to June, Flowering period June to October
• Where they are to flower, 1.5cm deep, directly into finely prepared soil which has already been watered. Sow seeds in positions 30cm apart. Seedlings usually appear in 21-28 days.
• Transplant seedlings 5cm apart to other trays when large enough to handle. (Always handle by a leaf, never by the stem.) Grow on in cooler, but not cold conditions. Gradually accustom young plants to outside conditions (avoid frosts), before planting out 30cm apart, when frosts are over. Plants can be grown up canes and netting or a trellis, or through other plants.
