Vigorous, large wedge-shaped roots.
- Soil - Moist & well drained
- Watering instructions - Water regularly
- Instructions for storage - Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
- Plant in February to May, Harvesting period October to February
- After planting care instructions - Thin plants to 20cm apart. Replace any dislodged soil. Water well until plants are established. Leave roots in the ground until required, as they improve after exposure to autumn frosts.
