It works
Bought this as had to wait 3/4 days in Screwfix, it was 90+% on finding studs, on old lattice plaster walls. It works on timber. Mixed reviews my have more to do with stores customers skill level me thinks……

Great Plasterboard Detector
If you want to see what is underneath your plasterboard. Buy something else. Even after calibration, it just alarms at everything.

Save your money and do not buy
Stud finder which is incapable of finding studs. Not exactly what I was hoping for when buying a stud finder.

Waste of time, money - Crap - not recommneded
worst thing i have ever bought. even a toy would have at least some sense but this detector beeps at every thing. but to find out wood to hang my TV on the wall, ended up making 6 holes in my wall because this was beeping every time. I am not sure why B&Q have not taken it off from the shelves yet. seems like burnt my money into this.
