Terrible customer service
If you can do not buy anything online on b&q. The product was not sent out to couriers. I never received it and it was a nightmare ringing Customer service trying to get a refund.

Great outdoor storage
I bought this a few weeks ago. Assembly simple. Needs a flat surface, otherwise the lid doesn't stay closed. Looks great. Easy to clean. Perfect for storing pots of paints and various bits and bobs that I don't want to store indoors.

good for the price
Simple enough to assemble. Looks good. Suitable for light to medium storage contents. The capacity is good. The plastic is brittle so it wouldn't stand up to much impact. Reasonable quality for the low price.

Bought 2 eaches of this, used to store bulk wood purchase for fireplace, one was delivered broken, quite easy to put together. Waterproof as it sits on the balcony. Getting a refund or replacement for the broken one is however proving a nightmare, called in multiple times + emails, same answer "We'll get back to you"...still waiting over 2 weeks

Bought this item today in Cork. I had it assembled in 5 minutes and it has loads of storage. Very happy with it.

Poor build quality, arrived with missing parts
Poor build quality, arrived with missing parts, broken hinge clips, plastic on on side of the wall was warped. waste of money we sent this back for a refund. Youd find better in a second hand store. Diabolical product.
