• Instructions for Fitting - Ensure floors are structurally sound, dry, flat and clean, with no dust, debris or loose material. Level uneven surfaces and check each pack for manufacturing faults before starting. This flooring can be laid on concrete and tiles with joints under 5mm wide and 2mm deep; for other tiles, smooth grout lines with a suitable compound. Level nailed or glued wood with fibre screed and remove all floating wood, laminate, carpet, vinyl, natural fibre and linoleum beforehand. Always apply a suitable primer.
• Instructions for Care - Clean with a damp mop, avoiding excess water; add a neutral detergent if needed. Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or scouring powders. Remove dust with a brush or vacuum and mop up spillages immediately. Wipe with a damp cloth or mop as required. Use barrier mats at doorways to reduce dirt and grit, and protective pads under furniture or equipment to prevent surface damage. Avoid rugs with rubber backing or carpets on vinyl floors, and do not drag or slide heavy items.
