• Instructions for Fitting - All floors must be structurally sound, dry, flat, clean, and free of dust, debris, or loose material. Uneven floors should be levelled first. Check each pack for manufacturing faults before installation. The flooring can be laid on concrete and tiles with joints under 5 mm wide and 2 mm deep; for larger joints, apply a suitable smoothing compound. Nailed or glued wood floors must be levelled with fibre screed, and all floating wood, laminate, carpet, vinyl, natural fibre, and linoleum must be removed. Always apply a suitable primer before installation.
• Instructions for Care - The floor can be cleaned with a damp mop or cloth; avoid excessive water and mop up spills immediately. Use a neutral detergent if needed, and remove dust with a brush or vacuum. Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or scouring powders. Use barrier mats at doorways and protective pads under furniture to prevent damage. Avoid rugs with rubber backing or carpets on vinyl floors, and never drag or slide furniture or heavy objects across the floor.
