Working fine, now.
I replaced my burnt out B&Q NMGT250 (see reviews) with this. The Bosch is more expensive, powerful and heavier, albeit by slight margins, and should be better. But as noted by other reviewers it has a major problem- the line keeps breaking. My simple solution was to throw it to the back of the shed and buy a cordless model from Lidl, cheaper, delightful to use but less power. Later, annoyed that the Bosch was doing nothing but take up space, I retrieved it and replaced the 1.6mm Bosch line, which seems flimsy, with 1.6mm commercial line, with no improvement. I then tried 2mm line and it's a different machine. I think the RPM are just too high for 1.6mm line. I've probably voided the warranty or something, but at this price that's not important, and it will probably outlast the warranty as I now use the Lidl for any light finicky work around the flower beds. I keep this for heavier work with grass, etc. It seems fine, now.

Excellent value for money. Easily assembled.
I bought this yesterday as my grass was so overgrown from all the rain. Excellent product. The feeder reel, adjustable handle and metal guard that protects the reel when working around edges added bonus. No stopping starting. 10/10
