Happy customer
I am very satisfied with the chopping done by the Axt 25 tc. I spent two days lowering hedges and found the process of feeding all my leaves and branches into the shredder therapeutic. It’s my first shredder so I have nothing to compare it with. The wood chips are the size of half a ping pong ball so not tiny but plenty good enough for me. The reverse button was handy on the few occasions the feed got jammed. Usually the issue resolved immediately. But if it didn’t it was simple and fast to open up the feed and remove any jammed pieces ( unplugged of course).

Beast of a machine…
The Bosch AXT 25 TC is an excellent garden shredder that delivers impressive performance and convenience for both home gardeners and professionals. With its powerful 2500W motor and innovative Turbine Cut technology, this shredder efficiently handles a wide range of garden waste, from soft green materials to woody branches up to 45mm in diameter. One of the standout features of this shredder is its quiet operation. While not completely silent, it's significantly quieter than many other models on the market, making it more pleasant to use and less likely to disturb neighbors. The 53L collection box is a convenient addition, eliminating the need for separate containers and making cleanup easier. The shredder's ability to process up to 230kg of material per hour is impressive, allowing you to tackle large garden cleanup tasks efficiently[5]. The unique Turbine Cut system ensures clean, precise shredding of both soft and woody materials, producing mulch that's ideal for composting or use as garden cover. Safety features are well-thought-out, including a locking mechanism that prevents operation unless the collection container is properly inserted. The compact storage design is another plus, making it easier to store in sheds or garages with limited space. While the included plunger for pushing material into the shredder can be a bit cumbersome to use, especially with longer branches, it's a minor inconvenience compared to the overall performance and safety benefits. At its price point, the Bosch AXT 25 TC represents good value for money, especially considering its durability and Bosch's reputation for quality. The 2-year warranty (extendable to 3 years with registration) provides additional peace of mind. Overall, if you're looking for a powerful, quiet, and versatile garden shredder that can handle a variety of materials, the Bosch AXT 25 TC is an excellent choice. It's well-suited for both regular home use and more demanding tasks, making it a worthwhile investment for anyone serious about garden maintenance.

Very powerful
Compared to the one I bought from Lidl, which did shred well to small pieces, it was overheating and clogging and then just stopped shredding. This one eats up thick brunches and feeds them in itself with a little help sometimes. It produces bigger chunks though, but that's OK. It will rot in the compost. I'm happy with it, even though it costs 4x more than my previous one.
