Perfect fit
I bought this today for my parents guest wc which was an awkward size to find a seat for. It was so simple to fit, the quality is excellent, it has a good sturdy feel to it and they are delighted which is the important thing. It looks great. I highly recommend this product.

So disappointed
The is the second Bemis I bought in the last 10 years. I only changed the other one as my granddaughter put a stroke of a pen on it. Then I put bleach under the lid and never wiped it off. It was wooden. That’s the one I should have gotten. Not this heap of rubbish. It’s slips and slides all over the place. Might be soft close but not a soft open. Bangs on the cistern. It doesn’t lift off easy for cleaning either. Give me back my old wooden Bemis ! Very unhappy, especially with the extra money it cost me. I’ve become a toilet seat snob !
