Tap not fit for purpose
Bought tap , online , got it delevered only to find waste damaged , had to drive to get second tap which was in good condition only to find waste does not suit is cheap and wond work with the said sink it was supposed to , pay a bit extra and buy a proper tap

Second thoughts
I previously gave this a one star but have since discovered that the broken plastic shaft was in the carthridge which I have since replaced (mind you it wasn't easy removing the cowel). Given the relative low cost, a three star would have been fairer so I'm giving it a five star now balance up the score.

Handle breaks off
I've gone through two of these in the one WHB in 10 years. The internal handle stalks are plastic and break in two. I will not buy again. Mine were the pop-up waste version and these arms also rusted and broke.
