This ready to use Sikagard facade from Sika is a water based impregnation emulsion. Sikagard Facade makes walls and facades water repellent and provides long lasting protection against water ingress. It is vapour permeable and allows the substrate to breathe.

• Instructions for Use - To apply, the substrate should be clean and free from dust, dirt, oils and grease. Cracks in the substrate need to be repaired prior to using this product. For the best results use on dry and very absorbent substrates. The substrate must look dry with no damp patches before applying this product. This product cannot be used on concrete. Protect varnished, painted or glass surfaces when this product is being applied otherwise this may cause staining. This product is not suitable for use on horizontal surfaces, basin, pools or tanks. Sikagard® Facade Water Seal cannot be overcoated with emulsion or solvent-based paint.
