- Instructions for care - Planting: Place the coir tablets in a bowl of 600ml water to swell. Fill the pot with half the compost. Plant the bulbs pointed side up and place the remaining soil on top. Keep the soil moist but do not overwater. Place in a cool (5-10°C), dark and ventilated spot. When the bulbs are 4 cm high (after 10-12 wks) bring them into a light warm spot (18-20°C). Place the pot in a cool, dark and ventilated spot. Ideal temperature 5-10°C. When the buds are 4 cm high (after 12-15 weeks), bring the pot into the light. Ideal temperature 18-20°C. Tip: Make a note on your calendar when to move the pot into the light. Bulbs grown from cultivated stock. Caution: Do not eat ornamental bulbs. Harmful if eaten. Skin Irritant, if sensitive, please wear gloves.
