• Instructions for Fitting - All floors must be structurally sound, dry, flat and clean. The surface should be free of all dust and debris and loose material. If the floor is uneven, level the floor. Before you start, check each pack for any manufacturing faults. This flooring can be laid on concrete and tiles with joint <5mm width <2mm depth. For other tiles, apply a suitable smoothing compound to the grout lines. For nailed or glued wood, level the floor with fibre screed. All floating wood, laminate, carpet, vinyl, natural fibre, linoleum, must be removed beforehand. Always use a suitable primer beforehand.
• Instructions for Care - The floor is easy to clean with a damp mop. Never use excessive amounts of water when cleaning. When necessary, a neutral detergent can be added to the water. Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or scouring powder as this may damage the surface of your floor. Remove dust with a brush or vacuum cleaner. All water spillages should be mopped up immediately. Wipe over with a damp cloth or mop. Use barrier mats at doorways to prevent dirt and grit being carried onto the flooring. Use protective pads under furniture or equipment to reduce risk of surface damage. Please do not use rugs with rubber backing or carpets with vinyl floors. Do not drag or slide furniture or heavy objects on the floor.
