• Instructions for Fitting - All floors must be structurally sound, dry, flat, and clean, with all dust, debris, and loose material removed and any uneven areas levelled. This flooring can be laid on concrete and tiles with joints under 5 mm wide and 2 mm deep using a suitable primer, while larger joints require a smoothing compound and primer. Nailed or glued wood floors must be levelled with fibre screed and primed, and all floating wood, laminate, carpet, vinyl, natural fibre, and linoleum must be removed beforehand. Always follow the primer manufacturer’s instructions and drying times, and check each pack for manufacturing faults before installation, reporting any issues for replacement prior to fitting.
• Instructions for Care - The floor is easy to clean with a damp mop. Never use excessive amounts of water when cleaning. When necessary, a neutral detergent can be added to the water. Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or scouring powder as this may damage the surface of your floor. Remove dust with a brush or vacuum cleaner. All water spillages should be mopped up immediately. Wipe over with a damp cloth or mop. The product should be installed and maintained according to the assembling instructions. Retain this information for future reference. Use barrier mats at doorways to prevent dirt and grit being carried onto the flooring. Use protective pads under furniture or equipment to reduce risk of surface damage. Please do not use rugs with rubber backing or carpets with vinyl floors. Do not drag or slide furniture or heavy objects on the floor.
