- Guarantee - 1 year
- Comes with 1x brown plastic tray with transparent cover, 1x bag of compost and 1x packet of tomato seeds
- Fill the brown tray with the enclosed compost up to 2 cm below the rim. Scatter seeds thinly and evenly over the compost surface. Cover with 1 cm of compost. Gently moisten the compost. Place the transparent cover over the tray and place in a bright position indoors, away from direct sunlight. After the seeds have sprouted, remove the cover from the tray. When seedlings are about 4 cm tall, transplant them in larger pots or grow bags and move them outdoors once the risk of frost has passed
- Store in a dry environment
- Alternatively plant them directly into the garden once the risk of frost has passed
- Keep compost moist at all times. Misting with a water sprayer works well
Features and benefits
- Tomatoes can be harvested from July-October. Pick tomatoes when fully ripe to maximise the flavour. Ripe tomatoes change from green to red. Pick off of plant as and when required
