Question: Plumbing Toilet
I have had a new toilet fitted, the type where everything is hidden once it is installed. The seat needs adjusting but unlike the old one I cannot even see the nylon nuts into which the screws fit. I don't want to take the screws out and find the nuts have dropped underneath where I can't get at them. Any help would be very much appreciated!

Answer

First thing to do is to find out the manufacture of the toilet. Second is to find out the exact type fitted. Now armed with this information ring your local bathroom showroom ask if this model is on display. If not they should be able to show you a similar type and go from there.
